Terri
Barbagallo has
been an editor for over 20 years, beginning her career fresh
out of NYU Film school on the much acclaimed 16mm documentary “America
and Lewis Hine” as assistant editor.
Editing
film over two decades ago provided a discipline not often
seen in today’s video and non-linear editors. Terri
has honed her craft using virtually every kind of film and
video editing system and has become one of the most sought
after freelance editors in NYC.
Her
versatile career includes editing many documentaries for theatrical
release and television, promos, commercials
and movie trailers, and TV shows. Much of the time, Terri wears two hats in the editor's chair as she also produces.
Terri
edits on all versions of AVID including Symphony, and also
Final Cut Pro. Her services are available as individual contractor
on a per project basis in your facility. In addition, she
can cut anywhere in the world on her Macbook Pro, loaded
up with AVID and Final Cut.
As
a dual citizen with Italy, Terri is also available for work
in any EU country as well as US, and she can converse in French
and Italian.
Terri
is a member of NYWIFT, IATSE and IBEW and serves as a judge
for the Emmy’s in the News and Documentary categories. |
